The subject of data protection

The subject of data protection is personal data according to Article 4 (1) of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means any information relating to personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal data includes all information that allows a conclusion to be drawn about an identified or identifiable person, such as name, address or contact information (e.g. telephone number, postal address and email address). IP addresses are also personal data in this sense.

Assigned data use

We collect, process and store your personal data only for the purposes for which you have communicated them to us or to which you have agreed.

The following personal data is processed when you are using our website: Contact details such as first name, last name, address, name of your organisation or company, telecommunication numbers and email address.

Your rights to information, data rectification, data erasure data restriction

At any time, you can request information from us, concerning which personal data has possibly been stored, the purpose of storing this data and where it originated. In addition, according to statutory provisions, you have the right to rectify, restrict or erase your personal data.

Transfer of your data to third parties

Server-Log-Files

When you access our website we collect some of your specific user data (e.g. IP address, browser type, browser settings, operating system) and other technical data (e.g. accessed URLs). This includes the date and time you accessed the website and the volume of data transferred. Server files are anonymised and do not contain any information about personal circumstances and do not allow conclusions to be drawn to concrete individual persons.

We collect these aforementioned data for technical reasons only, in order to be able to present our website to you and to guarantee the necessary stability and security in our legitimate interest. The legal basis for collecting and processing this data is to be found in Article 6 (1f) GDPR.
